Manchester City are interested in 17-year-old Rennes midfielder Eduardo Camavinga, and are ready to rival any other club’s approaches for the youngster, according to 90min.
The midfielder has broken into the Rennes team this season and has attracted attention from some of Europe’s top clubs, with the likes of Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Barcelona all keen. But, City seem to be ready to rival these clubs to his signature.
With Camavinga only penning a new three year deal in the summer, the fee to prise him away from the French outfit will only have increased. That alongside his magnificent performances which have seen him start all 12 of Rennes opening fixtures.
Following such performances, he earned himself a call-up to the France U21 side. For his country, he played alongside Arsenal defensive midfielder Matteo Guendouzi, but is equally as capable of playing further upfield.
As for other English clubs showing an interest in the teenager, the same report claims there is interest from Manchester United, Arsenal and Chelsea.
