Manchester City look to make it three consecutive Carabao Cup final appearances tonight, as they take on neighbours Manchester United in the semi-final second-leg. Pep Guardiola’s side come into the clash at the Etihad with a two goal advantage, after the dominant 3-1 victory at Old Trafford a fortnight ago.
Here’s how the current holders line-up under the lights…
Claudio Bravo takes up his usual role between the sticks for cup competitions. Joao Cancelo retains his place in the side, although appears to start at left-back. Kyle Walker comes in at right-back, while there is a central defensive partnership of Rodrigo and Nicolas Otamendi.
Ilkay Gundogan lines up in the number six role, while it appears to be Kevin De Bruyne and Bernardo Silva who take up the more advanced midfield options.
The front three consists of Riyad Mahrez, Raheem Sterling and Sergio Aguero. All in all, it’s FIVE changes from the side that lined up in the FA Cup.
