Manchester City are reportedly looking to Real Madrid for a January transfer window raid, with Isco and Eder Militao catching Pep Guardiola’s eye, according to ElDesmarque, as relayed by the Daily Star.
These reports follow on from Wednesday’s story from ElDesmarque, claiming Guardiola ‘made contact’ with Isco over a potential transfer. However, Thursday morning’s news brings talented youngster Eder Militao into the equation.
The reports suggest Manchester City are looking to bring both Militao and Isco in January, with the Blues still realistically competing for trophies on three fronts – the Champions League, Carabao Cup and FA Cup.
Militao is said to be ‘open’ to a transfer in January, but Manchester City would have to pay £93 million for the pair. Alongside that, Florentino Perez see’s Militao as Sergio Ramos’ long-term replacement.
