Kevin De Bruyne, John Stones and Benjamin Mendy have all returned to training this week, following their recent problems with injury, ahead of a crucial trip to Selhurst Park this weekend.
According to the Sun, John Stones could return to the fold for the next Premier League clash against Crystal Palace – a welcome boost for Pep Guardiola, who has seen his side hampered by injuries as of late, particularly in the defensive department.
However, the same article claims that Pep Guardiola is unlikely to believe his defensive worries will suddenly be solved, with the Englishman only starting four competitive matches since March 2nd. With injuries and an understandable lack of form as a result, Stones may not return to his best for another few weeks.
Benjamin Mendy will also be looking for a better run of form too, while Kevin De Bruyne will simply be looking to pick up where he left off, maintaining his blistering form this campaign.
